RATES AND HOURS OF CARE
My services
will be available Monday through Friday. My
hours of operation are from 6:30 am to 5:30
pm. Weekend, evening, overnight and emergency
care is available at an increased rate that we
can discuss if you need it.
2010 Rates are
as follows:
Full

*When your
child(ren) enrolls, your supply fee payment
will be due within 2 weeks of start date, and
thereafter, annually no later than June 1st.
**Your deposit
is refundable as long as you give a proper 2
week notice and see it through, at which time,
your deposit will be refunded. That is unless
you have an unpaid debt due at the daycare, in
which case your deposit will be applied to your
unpaid debt and the remaining balance will be
expected at end of service
If you have
more than one child contracted for care in my
home, there will be a family discount of $5 per
week from each individual child's total.
I do not offer
late pick up. My closing time is 5:30 pm.
Your child MUST be picked up by 5:30 pm, unless
other arrangements have been made.
If, in an
emergency situation, you are not able to pick
up your child by 5:30 pm, the "Occasional"
rates will apply. Please, always keep me
informed of the situation at hand.
PAYMENT TERMS
Unless other
arrangements are made in advance, charges for
the next week's care will be due on the Friday
before. Payment is preferred in cash. My
hours of operation don't allow me to get to the
bank during regular business hours. If payment
is made more than 3 days late, there will be an
initial $35 charge added to the amount that is
due. For every day that the payment is late
thereafter, an additional $5 per day will be
added to the late fee.
In order to
provide my own family with a stable financial
situation, I cannot offer any discounts for days
your child is not in my care. Although, each
child is allowed one full consistent week of
absence, be it for a vacation or illness
without pay, as long as I am given a month's
notice of this absence.
Although, I
realize daycare is a major expense for most
working parents, I also rely on this business
to help support my own family. Since I will be
holding your child's space for you to use at
will, you will be charged for full-time care
whether you use it or not. Rare exceptions may
be made at my discretion for extreme
circumstances.
